Thank You From the Bottom of Our Hearts.

Posted on Wednesday 10 January 2007

Words can not express the gratitude we owe to all of you. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts - those who prayed for us, visited us, provided for us, and supported us. Thousands of friends, family members, and strangers from all over the world came together with one heart to pray for Simon. Please know that your faithful prayers were not in vain! God has heard our cries, and has done what brought Himself the greatest glory!

Our 2 month silence is finally broken! Hallelujah! Thank you for your patience. Truthfully, we were so overwhelmed with God’s grace and with the challenge of mourning that it was difficult to articulate what was on our hearts. Now we see the light at the end of the tunnel, and we are prepared to continue our journey.
In the coming days, we hope to share some incredible testimonies - Simon’s final moments, his message to the people, the funeral and burial (pictures coming soon), and more.

Also if you have a testimony you’d like to share, please email us at daniel@prayforsimon.com. We’d love to hear what God taught you through this time, and how you have been impacted by Simon’s life.

Lately, God has revealed Philippians 1:3-5 in a new light:
I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now, being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

Paul wrote this to the Christians in Philippi. He intimately knew the joy and power of having people support him in prayer, by presence, and with their support. In the same way, our family is encouraged by your continued support. May God bless you!

See you soon!
